What is the income requirement?

Applicants must have a combined household gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.

Does every adult need to complete an application?

Yes. Every adult age 18 or older who will be living in the home must complete a separate application and be approved by management.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed with prior approval. A monthly pet fee will apply and will be paid with rent each month.

Is smoking allowed?

No. Smoking is not permitted inside the homes.

Are unauthorized occupants allowed?

No. All individuals living in the home must be approved by management and listed on the lease. Unauthorized occupants are not permitted to reside on the property.

How are rent, deposits, and other payments made?

All rent, security deposits, pet fees, and other required payments must be made online through the Rent Manager resident portal. Applicants will receive portal setup information after approval.
